Research on Family-School-Community Collaborative Education, etc.

Essential Qualifications:

(1) Possess physical and mental well-being, good moral character, strong research potential, academic integrity, research passion, and a pragmatic, proactive attitude

(2) Hold or be close to completing a Ph.D. from a prestigious domestic or international university or research institution. For those already holding a Ph.D., the degree must have been conferred within the last three years;

(3) Possess an academic background in disciplines such as Education, Sociology, Management, Geography, Ecology, etc., along with a global vision. Must demonstrate an excellent research foundation and experience in international collaboration;

(4) Ideally under 35 years of age;

(5) Able to engage in full-time postdoctoral research work.

Remuneration and Benefits:

(1) Full-time postdoctoral researchers will receive salary, stipends, and benefits (including household registration transfer, social insurance and housing provident fund, and housing or rental subsidies) in accordance with to relevant national and institutional regulations;

(2) The contract period is 2-3 years. Postdoctoral researchers shall enjoy the relevant policies and benefits stipulated by East China Normal University (ECNU) for postdoctoral personnel;

(3) Postdoctoral researchers will be managed under a project-based system and receive performance-based incentives from self-raised funds according to project completion outcomes.
