At the invitation of UNESCO Institute for Lifelong Learning, Professor Li Jiacheng, Executive Vice President of Shanghai Institute for Lifelong Education, and Associate Professor Zhang Yong, Adjunct Researcher, went to Medellin, Colombia, on October 1-3, 2019, to participate in the 4th International Conference on Learning Cities.
