Professor at the Faculty of Teacher Development, East China Normal University; Part-time Researcher at the Shanghai Municipal Institute for Lifelong Education; Doctoral Supervisor. In recent years, she has been dedicated to research on the development of student core competencies and teacher professional development in the context of technological transformation. She has presided over multiple provincial and ministerial-level research projects, including a Key Project of the National Education Science "Twelfth Five-Year" Plan, a Humanities and Social Sciences Planning Project of the Ministry of Education, a Key Project of the Shanghai Education Science Planning Program, and a project funded by the Shanghai Natural Science Foundation. She has participated in the new round of curriculum reform, serving as a core member of the expert panel for the Curriculum Guidelines for Comprehensive Practical Activities in Primary and Secondary Schools under the Ministry of Education. She has also led the development of the Teacher Training Curriculum Standards for Instructors of Comprehensive Practical Activities for the Teacher Work Department of the Ministry of Education, achieving a series of research outcomes. With over 50 academic papers published, she is the author of the monograph Human-Machine Cooperation: ChatGPT and Teacher Development in the Intelligent Age. Several of her special reports have been adopted. She currently holds the position of Secretary-General of the Academic Committee at the National Center for the Development of Training Administrators, and is a Member of the Expert Panel for the Fourth Phase of the Shanghai "Famous Principals and Teachers Training Program", as well as an evaluator for the Shanghai Model Schools for ICT in Education.
